Grease Outlet files lawsuit against Downtown South developers

Lease runs through 2031

Grease Outlet filed a lawsuit against the developers of Downtown South for breach of contract in Wake County Superior Court on Tuesday, March 31. The company, located on approximately four acres in the heart of the proposed Downtown South property, has a valid lease that allows it to remain on the property through 2031.

Grease Outlet will continue to serve customers at its existing location.
